Mr. Satya Priya Jayasingh, Managing Director
Growing up, Mr. Satya Priya Jayasingh had no doubts in his mind as to what he would eventually become. In fact, as soon as he completed his engineering, he joined software industry and worked with many companies like Infosys, HCLT, Nasdaq OMX etc. and travelled many countries like Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, England, USA, Canada, Norway, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Middle East etc. He had a detailed research of the architecture and construction work worldwide. He gathered all his experience and implemented the same into construction business. His onsite exposure adds an international flavor to his taste of architecture.Today, he leads his team with the same feel for flamboyance and the same eye for detail as his father. He travels to different corners of the world to procure the best that the world has to offer, to ensure that every project holds its own against the best in the world. Consequently, the world-class quality provided by the group sets benchmarks and is an aspiration for others in the business.
Mr. Prasanta Kumar Martha,

Mr. Prasanta Kumar Martha, an MBA graduate by education has a vast experience of more than 18 years in Real Estate Industry. He has already established more than 22 projects in and around Bhubanewar. His aim is to built a strategic vision for both domestic and global corporate marketing campaigns with much of his career focusing on constructions and building apartments. He always welcomes the opportunity to put his expertise, energy and leadership to work at the company.

Mr. Bhimsen Jayasingh started off initially in his family business of import and exports. In 1997, he ventured into the civil construction business with a dream to create quality homes. His father, a successful businessman from pre- independence India, Mr. Kuber Jayasingh, taught him the unfailing trait of making products of great quality and at the same time giving the consumer value for his money. These qualities are what he carried with him when he started Construction business. Now with 25 years of business experience and over 15 years of construction and development, he has endeavored to reach new heights with every project he undertakes.
Mr. Surjya Narayan Jayasingh,
Director
Mr. Surjya Narayan Jayasingh, an MBA graduate by education has a vast experience of more than 10 years in this domain. Surjya is one of directors of Neelachal Builders (P) Ltd. Being from the construction background Surjya clearly understands the quality standards of construction and purely emphasis on quality. He holds complete responsibility of day to day management and field operation. He looks after all the construction projects.
Mr. Mohan Das,
National Sales Head
Mohan (As known in real estate industries) has worked his way up the ladder with his acumen for construction and Marketing. He has managed many projects and successfully completed the projects with ultimate standards. He is currently responsible for entire marketing forecasting, Projection and Sales.
He is young, enthusiastic and had a very pleasant personality.
Mr. R. Bhagavati Rao,
General Manager – Admin & Accounts
For more than 15 years, Mr. Rao has worked for more than 16 years in Administration. Prior to joining NBL, he worked with many multinational companies like Hindustan Lever, Primus Kabsons Ltd etc. He has managed many projects and successfully completed the projects with ultimate standards. He currently heads the Project team and completely responsible for all office book keeping.
